Our Mission:
Using Taekwondo to support community and charitable causes.
Since 2012, Woori Taekwondo & Hapkido Academy has been committed to giving back to the community through charitable events and fundraising initiatives.
Through the dedication of our students, families, and supporters, our community has raised $197,965 to support important charitable causes, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In 2017, we established the Taekwondo Charity Foundation to expand our mission of community service and charitable outreach.
We are proud to share that the Taekwondo Charity Foundation is now officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
All donations made to the Taekwondo Charity Foundation are tax-deductible.
Together, we continue to use Taekwondo as a way to build stronger communities, support youth development, and help those in need.

Kick for the Cure is a special annual fundraising event hosted by Woori Taekwondo & Hapkido Academy to support charitable causes through the Taekwondo Charity Foundation.
Since its beginning in 2012, this event has brought together students, families, and community members to make a positive impact.
Through the dedication of our community, we have raised $197,965 in support of charitable initiatives, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Now that the Taekwondo Charity Foundation is officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations made through this event are tax-deductible.
